 I have worked very hard to educate myself and learn the mortgage business inside and out over the past 11 years.   I have helped hundreds of families realize their dream of homeownership in the San Francisco Bay Area and I can help yours too.  The largest financial transaction of your life is far too important to place into the hands of someone who is not capable of advising you properly and troubleshooting the issues that may arise along the way or someone who doesn't have your best interests at heart.  Especially in this market!

I am confident that I will advise you properly because I do not rely solely on my experience.  On a daily basis I utilize the advice of the best known mortgage advisors in America today who monitor what is happening in the trading of mortgage backed securities all day.   I receive voice broadcasts and email in “real time,”  interim reports on market conditions and instant rate lock and reprice alerts directly from them  advising me when to lock and when to float. I don’t take direct responsibility for timing the market. I pay experts to do it for me so I have more free time for you.

You may be wondering why I  would choose Mortgage Minister as my title.  After all it is RISKY. I'm risking the fact that many of you will jump to the wrong conclusions assuming association to Religion which will immediately cause some to RUN in the other direction. Not to mention the two are completely unrelated in the financial world that we know.  Mortgage refers to math, intellect, (head) and Minister refers to God, Religion (for the majority) but to me Spirit, (heart) soul. Gandhi said that we must become the change that we want to see in the world.  I choose Mortgage Minister as my title because I am representing the change that I want to see in the world.  The lack of truth and transparency is the root cause of this financial crisis. We were deceived by trusted entities whom we thought were telling us the truth.  Truth is True.  It doesn't have anything to hide.  Truth is transparent.  As we have learned transparency is now an Absolute for establishing trust in business.  Thus my business philosophy, "Truth=Transparency=Trust."  We must become the change that we want to see in the world and that change begins with you and me.
